The hotel was fairly clean, I loved it. Have a drink at the outdoor bar.

Their staff were not very friendly.

Exceptional staff and wonderful rooms, we had a great experience. Booked a room with 2 queen beds. Really enjoyed their roof top bar.

The hotel was fairly large, with amiable staff and awesome location close to everything. I truly enjoyed that the room was gorgeous with 2 queen beds. Great decor of the room. The pool was heated and I had mixed drinks in the outdoor bar.

Absolutely perfect rooms, brilliant location, outstandingly friendly staff. I thoroughly enjoyed the room, the bed was big. The restaurant was great, I ordered excellent dishes.

Reasonably good hotel with superb stuff and atmosphere. Absolutely gorgeous view, a nice balcony, quiet bed, too. Pool was amazing, comfortable to sit around.

This was a just perfect stay and we would stay again and again. Incredible rooms, great bed, brilliant location. We had a room overlooking the islands, the hotel was fantastic. Service was excellent, staff - knowledgeable.

We were offered an outstanding room with 2 queen beds, everything was great. Professional and courteous staff. Great meals. Beautiful hotel located really close to shops, the mountains. Rockin' Raceway Arcade Amusement Center was also placed a few steps away from the property.

I stayed in this hotel for 2 nights and I liked it. This property appeared to be very mediocre, even so its service and staff were terrific. The bathroom was bright & the bedroom was cozy.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi was bad.

Well-appointed place, incredible rooms, fantastic staff. Services were excellent too. After long day I visited Timberwood Grill for a couple of drinks.

We loved the hotel, it was charming little and spotless. Our room had a spacious bed and an magnificent view. The venue was set in a central area. Having different hot drinks in the downstairs bar was a very nice touch. Lovely stay in the central area.

The staff was willing to help, I would like to come again. An awesome authentic restaurant was open on site. The bed was extremely comfy and the room itself was LOVELY. Found in the beautiful area. 200-ft-tall ferris wheel was also easy to reach.

I liked that the lobby was beautiful. Helpful staff that liked their guests.

Top location, comfy bed, luxury bathroom. Staff wonderful there, the hotel was overall clean. The room was fashioned and had a breathtaking view of the city. Had complimentary drinks in the rooftop bar in the evening. Attached restaurant served lots of exceptional food...

No complaints whatsoever, the hotel was stunningly beautiful! The breakfast was outstanding, with plenty of food. The rooms were updated and updated, plus the beds were soft. Quick check-in and nice customer service.

The staff were cheerful and the room was gorgeous and accommodating. Booked room with a balcony and islands views. We loved the courteous service. Best possible location in the town, within short walking distance to tourist attractions.

Friendly staff and excellent location! Thoroughly enjoyed their on-site restaurant Latitude's Bar and Lounge, it was good. We had a room with river views. Btw, their valet is top! Recommend this accommodation to anyone.

location and facilities could not have been more awsome. a huge variety of restaurants to eat close by, like tgi fridays that was only 10 minutes' walk away.
